ID & MD Design

Molding

Winstars possesses hundreds of product molds, which ensures the details of each product we produced are correct as required.

Injection

Utilizing more than 10 in-house injection machines, it is convenient to produce parts by injecting molten material into a mold.

SMT

Winstars also adopts SMD to produce electronic circuits in which the components are mounted or placed right and directly onto the surface of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Assembly

Multiple assembly lines work together to achieve the smooth transmission of semi-finished assembly moving from workstation to workstation where the parts are added in sequence until the final assembly is produced.

Quality Control

QC team will do multiple inspections and testing (including sampling, semi-finished and final products testing, etc.) to make sure the high quality of products.

Packing

Winstars always pay highly attention to the last step of packing up so as to keep each batch of products sent out with sufficient protects, preserves, transports, informs.
